Pace Personal Training is a private, by appointment only, personal training studio specializing in strength training. Clients are scheduled one at a time, in a distraction free setting. 

All sessions are administered by an experienced instructor, who will create an individualized program that caters to the goals of the client. This level of one-on-one attention will ensure the program takes a direction that is appropriate for the client’s needs. 

The studio is curated with a large selection of specialized equipment that will make each exercise the client performs both safer and more productive.

Travis weigand

Travis began strength training as a teenager. It became immediately apparent that exercise would become a lifelong passion. 

 

While simultaneously receiving a business degree from the University of Tennessee, he studied to become a personal trainer. In 2010 Travis passed the most stringent certification in the industry: the Superslow Professional Instructor Certification.

 

From 2011-2015, Travis served as an instructor at Overload Fitness in Cleveland, Ohio. There he apprenticed under mentor Al Coleman, and honed his craft. 

 

Travis relocated to Los Angeles in 2015 and spent the next 8 years as an instructor at Myogenics Fitness. 

 

Travis opened Pace Personal Training in 2023. This milestone realized a decade-long dream of providing his clients with tailored and optimized strength training, in a private one-on-one setting.  

 

Throughout his career, Travis has conducted over 20,000 personal training sessions, and worked with individuals of diverse ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. 

 

In his free time, Travis indulges another lifelong passion: music. He’s an avid vinyl record collector, guitar player, and concert goer.
